Mid Hudson Painters (https://midhudsonpainters.com) paints homes and businesses in Orange County, NY. This policy covers the website and our phone line, (845) 415-4785.
What we collect
- Estimate requests. What you enter in our form: name, phone, address or town, the service you need, email, and project details.
- Request details. With each form request we record the page you sent it from, the site or ad campaign that referred you (if any), your approximate location based on IP address, and your browser type. This helps us respond and keep out spam.
- Calls and voicemails. Calls to (845) 415-4785 may be recorded, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed. New York is a one-party-consent state; by calling, you consent to recording.
- Analytics. We use Plausible, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
To call you back, schedule a walkthrough, prepare your estimate, and follow up on your project. We also use it to improve the site and to block spam.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use service providers to run the website, the phone line and call recording, and the systems that store your request and alert us to it. They handle your information only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep requests, recordings, and related notes as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
