Look for feedback you can verify

This page does not currently publish independently verified customer testimonials or a star rating. When checking feedback, look for an identifiable source, a date and enough project detail to understand what the customer experienced.

Ask whether references are available for work similar to yours. If you speak with a previous customer, focus on the agreed scope, preparation and communication. A positive experience is useful context, but it does not replace a written description of your own project.

Four questions that make a reference useful

Look for a comparable project

An exterior repaint, cabinet finish and occupied office have different demands. Ask whether a reference involved the same surfaces, condition and access constraints as your project.

Ask about preparation

Find out what repairs and protection were agreed, how unexpected conditions were handled and whether the final finish met the specified standard.

Separate the scope from the result

A helpful review explains what was included, what changed and how those changes were approved. A short star rating cannot show whether two projects were comparable.

Check follow-through

Ask about scheduling communication, cleanup, the walkthrough and how unresolved items were handled. Keep those expectations in your own written proposal.

Compare the evidence with your estimate

Photographs can help you discuss color, texture and finish, but they do not by themselves establish who performed the work or what preparation occurred. Confirm whether an image represents a completed customer project or a design example.

For the proposal itself, compare surfaces, repairs, coating specifications, access, cleanup and the approval process for additional work. The painting-estimate guide gives a more detailed checklist. The service pages explain the decisions particular to interior, exterior, cabinet and commercial work.

If timing or a particular finish standard matters, raise it before authorizing work and ask how it will be documented. A review of someone else’s project is not a promise about your schedule or result.
